How much is the delivery?
Good news, delivery is always FREE.
How can I pay?
You pay per kit and we charge you before we send you a kit. We take payments via all the current credit and debit cards and also have the option for you to pay us via Paypal.
Where can my Lifepost kits be delivered?
We deliver nationwide in the UK. Any address that can receive post can receive graze boxes.We will soon extend our services overseas.
Can I send a gift or flowers along with the Lifepost kit?
We are currently working on this as a service option and plan to begin its execution early next month.
How do I cancel my deliveries?
You'll need to cancel your deliveries online. Just go to your deliveries page. On the right, select 'make a change' and change the details. If it is alteast two days before the delivery, we will be able to cancel the order for you.
Can I order boxes to more than one address?
Yes, you can set up as many delivery addresses as you like. Simply add more addresses, and when you next schedule your next boxes you'll be able to select where you would like them delivered.
Can I get lifepost gift vouchers?
Yes, you can now buy gift vouchers for your friends, family and loved ones for anything from 3 to 50 kits.
Or you can add their details to your own account, and when you next order a kit you’ll be able to select who you want us to send it to. You can even add a gift message!
